André Harms proudly receives the flag from Helen Zille, Premiere of the Western Cape, as one of his projects is made a flagship of the 110% Green Campaign. 110% Green is an initiative of the Western Cape Government calling organisations to commit to the Green Economy. 110% Green aims to be a catalyst to build a critical mass of activity that puts the Western Cape on the path to becoming a Green Hub in Africa. The Western Cape Government has the vision to provide a platform an environment that will stimulate people and organisations to build and innovative and dynamic Green Economy.”
