2929 on Nicol – Investec Property Fund

2929 on Nicol is a well positioned office block in Bryanston, adjacent to the Nicolway Shopping Centre. The office park is easily accessed off William Nicol Drive and is in close proximity to the N1 highway and other arterial roads. The office block uses contemporary architecture with modern interiors and high spec finishes and certified with a four star Green Star certification from the Green Building Council of South Africa. In order to certify, the building had to undergo an indoor environmental quality audit which was performed by Ecolution Consulting. The audit included looking at, and providing guidance on optimising, indoor air quality, lighting comfort, thermal comfort, acoustic quality, and daylighting.
