Junxion Park is a mixed-use commercial development located within the vibrant Ratanga Precinct in Century City, Cape Town. Developed by Rabie Property Developers, each building was guided through a dual-certification process, targeting both Green Star SA Office v1.1 and EDGE Advanced certification. This approach ensures energy and water efficiency, lower embodied carbon, and responsible environmental performance throughout the precinct.
