PwC Headquarters

The 26-story PwC headquarters building in Waterfall City has been designed by LYT Architecture and is being developed by Atterbury.  The R1.5 billion high-rise comprises of 40 000sqm offices, and is designed to house 3 500 PwC employees. As LEED Commissioning agent (CxA) for this LEED Silver project we performed the fundamental commissioning process, as per ASHRAE 0-2005.
